Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you total authority over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, activate email filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you want to forward messages from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
